The room was very neat. i especially loved the fully equipped kitchen. It included everything i needed. i didn't have to worry about anything!

The hallway carpets had some stains. They need cleaning. the gym's equipment felt a little old too. Some of it could use an update.

the location was great. It was very close to the metro. A short walk got me to all major tourist spots. The room was quite large. It included a fully equipped kitchen and machines for both washing and drying.

the terrace closed early at 8 pm. That felt too early on a weekend evening. The tv would not connect to my account. That was a bit disappointing.

Fantastic City Center Location!

The hotel's location was excellent. Close to the Fine Arts Museum and the Underground City was nice. Many restaurants were nearby. a convenient subway access. I saw a money exchange shop very close and several shopping options. It was really great.

The absence of extra blankets was a problem for us because it was cold. This was a real letdown. The front desk staff didn't acknowledge guests. This. Late checkout incurred unexpected charges. The unit did not provide enough seating for all guests.

i appreciated the very clean and modern apartment. it had good facilities including a pool. the three bedrooms meant we didn't need to use a sofa bed. i loved the balcony even though it faced a busy road. the check-in process was smooth. i also found the check-out to be quite easy and quick. the location was convenient for accessing local attractions. the apartment felt very comfortable overall.

I noticed a slightly drab decor in the unit. It could use a bit more color.

I found the gym and pool to be really good features. I appreciated the convenience of the nearby metro. The spacious room was comfortable. It provided ample space for relaxation.

The sink design in the bathroom was not ideal, as it lacked space for personal items, unfortunately.

constant noiseworn furniture

I was excited about the balcony, but it was a letdown. the noise from the outside air conditioning unit ran constantly. plus, the furniture looked pretty worn, and the dim lighting made it hard to read in the evenings. i wish i had known about the noise. It really affected my stay!!!
